When will my order be shipped? 

We always ship your order the same day if you ordered before 3:00 p.m. and the product is in stock. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Pick up point  : € 6

Choose one of the 1250 bpost collection points during payment.

Home delivery: 7 €  

During the payment, you can opt for home delivery.

Shipping methods in France, Germany, the Netherlands, ...

We ship with bpost or with one of these partners. The cost depends on the destination.

During the ordering process, you can calculate the shipping cost based on the address provided.

Return policy

To cancel 

The cancellation of an order is possible up to 3 days after the date of placing the order and before the shipment of the order. 

Return / Collect Period  With a purchase, you have a cooling off period of 14 days from the day of delivery to return the product without giving reasons. The product can only be returned if it has not been used and is in its original packaging and after communication by e-mail to info@alafpolak.com . The package must reach us in good condition. The cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. If he wants an exchange, we will send the new product for free. If you wish, we will refund you the full purchase price, if it has already been paid, except for the shipping costs charged. All cancellations and exchanges must be notified in writing (via mail: info@alafpolak.com). You must indicate your full name, your account number (IBAN and BIC / Swift number) and your order or invoice number. ATTENTION: the account number you specify for the refund must be the same as the account number with which you made the payment to The Vandal; any amount already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 30 days. We are not responsible for lost returns. The customer is responsible for proper packaging and shipping!
